WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You cannot return a monthly subscription box after it has shipped. Refunds will not be issued for any returns of the subscription box. If there is a problem, broken items or other issues with your box please contact us at blackopalco@gmail.com.

DO I GET TO KEEP THE JEWELRY OR IS THIS A LOAN SERVICE?

This subscription box isn’t a loan. This is your jewelry to KEEP. No return necessary and no additional purchase necessary.  The following month you will receive a brand new box with jewelry picked out just for you that is yours to KEEP as well.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, you can, but you will have to pay international shipping fees.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BLK OPL BOX?

Your subscription will process on the 1st of each month. Our goal is to get your subscription box in your hands between the 14th-18th of the month. This can vary depending on holidays/weekends and if you live outside of the United States,  Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories or have a PO Box.

CAN I SEND A BLK OPL BOX AS A GIFT?

Yes. Just fill out the billing information in your name and enter the shipping information for the person you would like to send the BLK OPL Box to.

DO I HAVE TO RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION EVERY MONTH?

No, you will be charged on the first of every month and sent the same themed jewelry unless you go into My Account and change the subscription to a different theme for the following month.
